FSN265: Food Science and Nutrition Laboratory - 2 Hours
This course is designed for students to develop laboratory techniques in the area of food science and nutrition. Students will also develop skills to collect anthropometric measurements on themselves and/or classmates and evaluate the results. This lab course will include food experiments, water sampling, food research, diet planning, etc. Concurrent enrollment in lecture course FSN260 is required. Course fees may apply.
