Biography
Mark Wiltse is the Director of the Legal Studies Department at Midstate College. Mark has a Master's Degree in Public Administration with his undergraduate studies focusing on criminal justice and legal studies. Mark has been teaching at Midstate since 1996, and has enjoyed his time here immensely. Although he takes pleasure in his traditional on-campus classes, Mark has been teaching on-line (eLearning) classes for more than fifteen years and has found the discipline to work on your own and the ability to meet deadlines as two of the greatest challenges associated with eLearning.
