MBA620: Strategic Thinking and Action for a Changing World - 4 Hours

In this course, students will learn how to think strategically by applying strategic concepts and tools to the processes and functions that will lead an organization through competitive times. Students will further understand the usefulness of strategies through the creation and examination of strategies that can be applied to integrated systems within an organization. Students will be tasked with converting the strategies developed into useful recommendations that can resolve complex business problems and allow for the flow of new ideas. Finally, students will be able to utilize strategies to effectively address the needs of internal and external stakeholders and ultimately help businesses thrive in a competitive environment.
