ACC300: Managerial Cost Accounting I - 4 Hours
Prerequisites: ACC213, CIS116
In this course students will apply management accounting principles, various costing systems and approaches, decision-making tools and methodologies, and problem-solving projects/cases. Included are job costing, process costing, variable costing, an introduction to standard costing, cost-volume-profit analysis, relevant cost and discounted cash flow (DCF) decision-making models. One or more case studies utilizing Excel will be required.
