BUS108: Business Law II - 4 Hours

Prerequisite: BUS107

This course provides a continuance of the legal concepts included in Business Law I, BUS107, with an emphasis on the application of ethics and legal principles in the legal and social environment of business. The student will gain an understanding of agency and employment law, the forms of business organizations, real and personal property, bailments, insurance, wills and estates, and protection of the consumer, creditor, and debtor.
