BUS245: Customer Satisfaction Strategies - 4 Hours

This course provides a study of the factors influencing consumer and organizational decision-making based on customer satisfaction. Students will understand the costs and benefits of effective customer satisfaction programs and model programs that can be used to acquire and retain customers.
