MBA616: Project and Operations Management Continuous Program Improvements - 4 Hours

This course examines project and operations management as the framework for developing, producing, and distributing goods and services, as well as managing resources. Coursework focuses on the critical role operations play in the sustainability of a company, including the analysis of procedures and strategies necessary for making strong managerial decisions. Students study, evaluate, and identify processes which impact the effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of an organization. Lean process design, inventory strategies, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM), and benchmarking are among topics explored. Course fees may apply.
