Do you have sales experience, love marketing, and enjoy public relations? If so, apply today! Midstate College promotes a fast-paced, challenging environment where you are able to display your sales abilities while working alongside a dynamic team!

Admissions representatives enroll qualified students for Midstate College and follow-up with prospective students while working to meet or exceed all quotas. Admissions representatives report to the Director of Admissions.

Additional job duties and responsibilities include:

- Communication via face-to-face, phone, e-mail, mail, and text
- Attendance at college fairs
- Prospective student interviews
- Scheduling placement testing and financial assistance
- Enrolled student follow-up
- Enrollment paperwork processing
- High school visits and creation of materials for high school leads
- Implementation of direct mailing campaigns
- Expense report submission
- Other related duties as assigned

Applicants should possess the following credentials to apply:

- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred;
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience and/or past college admissions experience is highly desired;
- Willingness to work outside a traditional 9-5pm schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, with moderate travel requirements;
- Must be goal-oriented, open to team collaboration, and possess strong work ethic to achieve enrollment goals.

Adjunct Instructor - Applicant Pool (Ongoing)

Have you ever considered using your advanced degree and relevant work experience to teach others? Being an adjunct instructor might be the perfect fit for you!

Midstate College is currently accepting applications for our Adjunct Instructor - Applicant Pool. It is strongly encouraged that individuals wishing to apply for an adjunct position attach a cover letter, current resume/CV, unofficial college transcripts (both undergraduate and graduate) and any other professional certifications when applying. Please be sure to blackout any personal information before submission. The adjunct applicant's information is then placed into a "pool," this means no employment process will begin until an adjunct need exists. All application materials are kept on file for a minimum of one-year.

Adjunct instructors should have the following credentials in order to apply:

- Bachelor level courses: Minimum of a Master's degree in your desired specialty or a Master's Degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the course specialty;

- Associate/Diploma level courses: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in your desired specialty or a Bachelor's with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the course specialty;

- Teaching experience preferred;

- If applicable, proof of certification, education, professional development, continuing education required;

- Effective use of instructional technology;

- Day, evening, and online offerings availability.
